Sample treatment:
- Pulverized sample (40 mg) + Lithium metaborate (80 mg)
- Fusion at 1100°C in a graphite crucible (30 min)
- Molted drop poured in HNO3 5% (V/V) and diluted to 250 ml with ultrapure water
Instrument: Perkin Emer Optima 7000
Reading view: axial (trace elements); radial (major and minor elements)
Nubulizer: Perkin-Elmer gem tip nebulizer with Shott spray chamber
